The location was fantastic, near Leith Links. The stuff was attentive, helpful, and everything was really good. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was great: D

The hotel was pleasant and the staff was exceptional, it had handy location in front of the park. I had a continental breakfast, the food was local. Location: the venue was adjacent to centre of Edinburgh and the bus stops to the city and Scotland. Mentioned hotel exceeded all expectations and my stay there was very relaxing;))

Large and spacious rooms. Convenient location to tour Edinburgh. Fairly clean.
Wifi is questionable. Staff are limited and very rushed. Breakfast is not worth more than 3 Pounds (Maybe less too) given that its just toast, croissants, bananas, yogurt and cereals!!!

A very nice hotel tucked away in a quiet part of town. Easy access to downtown Durham and Durham Cathedral. Their breakfast is recommended...the best we had in the uk. Their staff was efficient and very accommodating. An easy walk from the train station. The facilities were quite adequate, clean and up to date.

The bed and Bathroom were both clean and tidy, staff were helpful and buffet breakfast was adequate. Was a reasonable hotel to stay for the one night we were in Edinburgh for a visit to the theatre.
The floor and the drawers in the cupboards could have been cleaned better.

Easy parking although on the road. Plenty of tourist leaflets and approachable staff to ask advice from. Only recommendation would be for more blankets on the bed as it was a wee bit chilly!
No complaints really nice clean hotel

We had a good view of the Park from our room window. The staff responded well to our enquiries.
The room door locks sometimes seemed hard to operate. Perhaps these would need to be lubricated. Although the room toilet always flushed correctly the flush button got stuck sometimes.

Good value for money. Good location with reliable bus service to city centre just outside the door. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet.
The breakfast time, 8am to 9am was very restrictive. It lead to a queue and tables were not set. Appeared to be short staffed at breakfast. Badly need to extend breakfast time.

great space but parking could be clearer
The family room was spacious enough for our group, accommodating four adults comfortably. The friendly staff member.
I found the parking instructions a bit lacking since I missed them in the message.

I have a problem with stairs and asked for a ground floor room, if possible. The only room available was a family room for 4, but the hotel let me have this at the price for a single.
